Sweet Temptations

My biggest downfall is eating sweets. Every night around 9:00 something in my head tells me I need to eat something sweet and sure enough my body listens. Ice cream, cookies, cake.. doughnuts. ANYTHING! Does anyone have any ideas of how to get past this or any recipes for some healthy sweet stuff?? Thanks!!

  1. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are pretty good. I know Costco is cheaper, but they only carry chocolate and vanilla. I'd rather have flavored kinds instead of vanilla. In a regular grocery store you can find mint and cookies and cream and others.

    I'd love to hear other ideas too! One rule I'm going to try is putting my ice cream in a small bowl I use for dips and salsas. Maybe it will help me eat less?!? Maybe. . . .
